11am - 4pm
Join us for a laid-back day of music, creativity, and community as we celebrate Asian American voices and stories. Hang out to SEAVinyl’s smooth beats and feel-good tunes or bring a book to exchange with our friends from the Seattle Chinatown Bookclub. Explore the themes and ideas in Anila Agha’s work through a drop-in art workshop, or just come to soak up the vibes and meet new people!
11am - 4pm Seattle Chinatown Bookclub
Book Exchange + Reading Space: Bring a book, take a book. Whether it’s a beloved novel, zine, or comic, share something that moved you. Find a spot to read surrounded by beautiful Volunteer Park views and chill beats. Looking for a quieter space to read? 11 am–noon is silent reading hour!.
Noon - 4pm SEAVinyl
SEAVinyl is a Seattle-based, AANHPI collective dedicated to uniting communities through the collection, preservation, and performance of music and stories from Asia and the Asian diaspora. Rooted in vinyl culture and community memory, they celebrate their shared heritage through sound.
